Anxiety can feel unbearable. It’s difficult under normal circumstances but here we are facing a pandemic. All of us will be impacted. You might find your anxiety and depression growing as you manage not being able to work a normal schedule. Perhaps you have children at home and you’re trying to help them keep up with school assignments. You’re trying to keep yourself and your kids safe from Coronavirus while worrying about other relatives. Who knows when all of this will end? Sleepless nights. Financial worries. Anxiety off the hook.
 
First, take a deep breath. What do you need to do right now for yourself? You’re no good to anyone else if you’re not taking care of yourself. I can’t change our current situation but I can help you manage all that you have on your plate. Trauma can cause long term mental and physical difficulties. It also makes you more vulnerable to getting sick.
 
Call our office and let’s set up a virtual session. I can provide therapy with you in the comfort of your home. Take this time for you to have a moment for yourself where you’re not expected to take care of anyone but yourself. I’m here for you. You don’t need to suffer alone.
