Deciding who you want as your therapist can seem daunting, and I want to make sure we are the right fit. Who I Am: I am captivated by my job – I love getting to interact with the people with whom I work each day. I am passionate and dynamic, while also being consistent, reliable and committed to the therapeutic process. I believe you wouldn’t be reading this unless you believed you could feel better, that things could get better – and that maybe someone could help. I’m ready to meet you where you are and help you navigate through things to feel some relief. The most common feedback I get from those who have worked with me is that I am a ‘breath of fresh air’, insightful, and passionate while fostering ability within others to be a better version of themselves. I am detailed and organized, and have been said to motivate others to ‘continue putting in the work’ to get where they want to be. I do my best work with individuals who are driven and ready to work, while also understanding that therapy is a journey. I am naturally solution-focused and continuously check in to ensure we are on the same page and that you feel you are taking meaningful steps in the direction you seek. Together we will discover what is and is not working to determine what adds the most value to your life. How I Can Help: Even as we haven’t met yet, I believe you already have everything you need to make change in your life. I see it as my calling to support you in seeing that as well. I will sit with you in the difficult times, celebrate your wins, and encourage thinking from a different perspective. I believe true change and progress starts with a safe and welcoming environment where you felt seen, heard and understood. My therapy style is personalized in that I work collaboratively with you to set meaningful goals and foster trust and transparency in our relationship. It is integrative in that I fit theory and technique specifically to you, not the other way around. My style is efficient in that I believe in doing what works, from an evidence-based standpoint. Your time is valuable and you want to take steps forward, not stand still.
