Breaking the stigma of depression, anxiety and therapy overall one session at a time. My goal is to give you and your family the tools to be able to effectively cope with life’s stressors and beyond. I have worked with many populations and in various settings including the aging, alternative school settings, community/school based, residential/group homes, homeless, and social services as well as in both Level IV and V correctional facilities with men and women. Although, I enjoy working with all populations the mental health field is my passion. I also enjoy working with young women and helping them see the beauty in themselves.

Although, I enjoy working with all populations the mental health field is my passion. I also enjoy working with young women and helping them see the beauty in themselves. I assist my clients in finding their strengths and help them blossom into their best self by improving those strengths.

While I realize the importance of helping others, my personal motto that I live by and learning from experience is “Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel. “ Eleanor Brown
